Refund Policy & Cancellation

In the odd case that you do not love your Sanskruti products or you receive a damaged product, here is our policy on returns:

RETURNS

1.If You Receive a Damaged Product.

Note: Variation in color and patterns, irregularities in block prints are inherent characteristics of handloom products and are not defects. When a fabric is hand block printed or handwoven there will definitely be variations and irregularities due to dye consistency, pressure applied by block printers at the time of printing, various other environmental, situational and human factors. Handblock / Handloom / Hand dyed products are all 100% handmade, each and every block is hand printed by our artisan one at a time 

We try to stay accurate to the true colors of our fabrics, however colors of the products may slightly vary due to screen calibrations and photography.

At Sanskruti Store every product that you order undergoes a strict quality check to ensure that you receive accurate measurements and damage free products. It is quite rare that you will receive a damaged or defective product.

However if a customer does receive a defective product such as a fabric with a tear, hole or if the fabric is damaged in the transit then he/she shall get full refund against the returned products. In such a case drop us a mail at sanskrutistore01@gmail.com or whats' app us at +91 8669035498 attaching the photo of the defective part of the product. We shall arrange a pick up from your delivery location. In case our delivery partners do not provide pick up service for a given pin code, the customer shall return the package by India speed post/ DTDC/ Bluedart or any other reputed courier srvice (which can provide a tracking Id and one which has regular tracking and delivery update), and share a scanned copy of the courier reciept via email sanskrutistore01@gmail.com or what's app. We shall refund you the shipping charges according to the receipt.

This applies for any product you buy from us.

2. If you change your mind or did not like the product

If a Customer changed his/her mind or the fabric did not suit the customer's taste and he/she wishes to return whole or partial order, then he/she shall raise a return request. The customer will have to notify us through an email addressed to sanskrutistore01@gmail.com or whats' app us at +91 8669035498. The return request will have to be raised within 7 days of receipt of the order. In such cases the customer will have to ship the product back to us also the customer shall bear the full shipping charges and there shall be no pick up facility to avail.

NOTE : Please note that products bought on sale cannot be returned unless damaged. Any Fabric less than 2.5 Meters cannot be returned unless damaged.

The refund process shall be initiated within 4-5 days of receipt of your returned order at the shipping center. In case of fabrics refund will be given only in the form of a voucher. The returned product should be uncut, unused, untampered, unwashed and in its original packing.

Please make sure your parcel is full proof and packed with proper packing material so that the product is not damaged in transit.  

Once your returned products are checked you will be given a choice of either full refund or a website store credit. If you choose website store credit, you will receive a unique refund voucher which you can use the next time you place an order

This refund voucher will be a code which is to be entered at the time of checkout.

This refund voucher can be used only once. It is valid for 1 month. No minimum amount order is required to avail this voucher.

FOR SAREES, DUPATTAS, SUITPIECES, ACCESSORIES AND COMBOS

If a Customer changed his/her mind or the above listed product did not meet the customer’s expectations and he/she wishes to return whole or partial order, then he/she shall raise a return request. The customer will have to notify us through an email addressed to sanskrutistore01@gmail.com or whats' app us at 8669035498. The return request will have to be raised within 7 days of receipt of the order. In such cases the customer will have to ship the product back to us also the customer shall bear the full shipping charges and there shall be no pick up facility to avail.

The refund process shall be initiated within 4-5 days of receipt of your returned order at the shipping center. For the above products you can either opt for a refund voucher or full credit refund.

CANCELLTION

We allow cancellation of your order only if your fabric are not yet cut. If you change your mind then please notify us on Whats'App (+91 8669035498) or email sanskrutistore01@gmail.com immediately.
